Funny 505 problem with CB Radio

I just bought a chrome faced CB from Radio Shack (on sale) and spent the
weekend installing it along with a radio (ran wires to the trunk under the
carpet). It turns out that when I press the send button on the CB mic it locks
the doors. I guess it's a little added security for when you tell someone off.
It doesn't unlock them, it only locks the doors. Funny huh
