If you are confused about which connector to look for to find wires #
14 and # 15 , it is the white 15 point connector to the immediate right
of the glove box courtsey light. I looked behind the box in my V6 and
found that the mechanic had indeed snipped wires 14 and 15 and taped it
up. Cutting these two wires should give you constant power steering as
long as yours was working intermittently.
