Don't know, but I'm reminded of Jamie Kitman's _Automobile_ article "Letter
to Jacques Calvet" at the time PSA announced their pullout from North
America. Kitman pointed out that nice as the 405 was, it was overpriced by a
few thousand dollars. When PSA held a clearance sale, as it were, the
remaining 405's sold quickly, even w/the buyers knowing that PSA was pulling
out.
