yo hey! I be needin some advice fo' a 505 Turbo wastegate actuator

My wastegate actuator is out of adjustment. I know I can't be putting out more
than 6 lbs of boost right now ('88 Turbo sedan - 11.6 is expected). The
problem is the adjustment on my wastegate actuator is rusted up. I'm thinkin
about putting a plastic 'T' in the hose to the actuator and supergluing a
vacuum plug to it. Then I'm going to cut a small hole in the end of the plug
and see where the pressure goes. I had a hose to the actuator slowly tear once
before and while it leaked the boost pressure was higher, but not overboosting
until the hose broke. The engine shut off quickly when that happened. Any
suggestions?
