Nathan,

Sorry I can't help you with a box, but it is funny you mention this,
as last night...the latch on my glovebox broke. I've gotten it to
stay closed, however, by stuffing the hole where the latch used to be
with a flat piece of cardboard surrounded by saran wrap! I plan on
going to L&S Saturday to pull a latch off a junked 405 (so Renato, it
looks like I will be seeing you there!).

Hello all,

although I am still able to close the door on my glove box, internally
it has broken into three pieces: left side with lower bracket for hinge,
rear section and bottom, and the right-hand side. It looks as though it
was partially susceptable to the breakage because of the hole in the
left hand side...looks like someone cut it out! what for? it has been
like that since my dad purchased it five years ago. anyway... does
anyone have a spare box out of a junked 405? I don't need the door, just
the box. Please mail me if so, I will pay any REASONABLE price.
I can also send a UPS call-tag to pick it up, so you won't have to pay
shipping.
