Debate about dumping comprehensive on my 505

I am considering dumping my comprehensive coverage on my 505.
I am beginning to question the value of it.
I recently inquired on having my windshield replaced due to a large crack.
I was told that there was an exception for glass and that I did not have to
pony up my $500 deductible.
This turned out to only be the case for repairable windshields, mine
definitely was not.
So now am asking myself what do I need the additional coverage for?

If I hit something and its my fault, I have or can easily get all body
panels. And I can get them cheap too, well under the $500 deductible. Not to
sure on the labor though...
As far a theft is concerned....thats a big joke.. there is a guy in Houston
who leaves his door unlocked and keys in the ignition, and has done so for
the past 3 years!

The only possible use I can think of is either Hail damage (not very
likely), flood damage, (even less), and other misc acts of God.

I love the car, IT makes economical sense, it's the additional insurance
coverage that I'm not so sure does.

Does anyone have an opinion on this?
