I just called a Bosal distributor Foreign car parts in S. Bend IN and
was told Bosal does not make stainless mufflers. Their performance line
Brospeed may have some stainless systems but none for Peugeot. You sure
it's stainless and Bosal? What is the part number and how much was it?

I just installed a Bosal stainless exhaust system on my
car. It was sold to me as a stock replacement system,
and the price was very reasonable. And it fits
like a glove! It is pretty quiet, but deep sounding.
I can't wait to hear it with a Monza resonator tip.
In the process I reinstalled my original cat which is
in excellent condition. My car also has a fairly
new O2 sensor, new dist, new decel valve, and the
timing/mixture are set to spec. I backed my car up to
the inspection machine just to see how much it polluted.
With a hot engine, it blew 1 ppm HC and 0% CO! That's
better than a lot of OBD-II equipped cars in our shop!
And the car is very peppy to boot--With plenty of power
all the way to redline--something the original stock
system never did.
