The front calipers for vented rotors are wider than the calipers for solid
rotors. Pads are the same.
The pads are the same for all Ate calipers, but there are a few Bendix
front calipers scattered around unpredictably, but only on solid rotors,
which take different pads.
(ABS doesn't affect pads, calipers are the same as for other vented rotors.
Rotors themselves are specific to ABS and V6.)
