The only thing I can think of for moving a vehicle other than getting a tow
dolly and getting it yourself would be to check with a moving company and see
if they have an empty truck going one way. I am also trying to find a way to
transport reasonably vehicles that are dead or cheap from the left coast. I
have a friend out there that works for a moving company and has given me a few
phone numbers to call but have not yet had the time to pursue it. He suggested
though checking with moving companies as they don't like having empty trucks
on the highway going in any direction.
