It's been a long while since I've been active on this list (it was crashing my
aol account something awful) but I'm back to try again. Do I even need to
mention that I'm desperate for news of Peugeot coming back to the States? ;)
I'm digressing here. This post is to let you all know that I'm tired of
waiting for Peugeot and I am actively pursuing importing one for myself.
Right now I am aware of one 405 that was imported recently from North Africa
(?). I am really hoping to get a 406 Coupe but to be honest I'm skeptical of
my chances.
I'm wondering how many other members of the PCNA may be interested in getting
a new Peugeot for themselves? At the moment I know of about 8 other people in
the D.C. area that are interested. I'm hoping that if there are enough people
perhaps we can get a discount of some sort or at least defray the
certification fees somewhat.
I figure with my luck--Peugeot will announce it's return about two days after
I've actually paid for a new one in France... ;)

P.S. I'm trying to go to Carlisle but so far looks doubtful--My parents are
planning on going though--keep an eye out for well used '89 405 Mi16 with VA
plates...
