well, I got my bottom radiator hose fixed(thanks for the suggestions

Now, on to another question...curiosity really.
Every time I open the hood on my car I have nightmares, ALL THAT
PLUMBING!!!! What is the hose right on top of the throttle body, it
connects via a " T " to the main hose from the oil filler cap. It keeps
popping off the little metal neck,but doesn't seem to affect power or
performance. The neck is filled with oil(or water?). I know that it
shouldn't be there but I can't find anything small enough to clean it
out with, besides a Q-tip. NAME THAT HOSE!!!
