My father and I once stuffed a full size fridge into the back of my Peugeot,
from my house to the dump on a dreary wet Vancouver day. The dump was nothing
but a a muddy quagmire with mud up to the doorsills. With my father at the
wheel and me in the passenger seat, we were quite smitten as the Peugeot
valiantly fought and parted the mud and despatched the fridge onto the
scrapile. The vehicle in particular, A 1971 Peugeot 304 station wagon. The
most entertaining and useful Peugeot I have ever driven, and had pleasure of
    owning.
