Hi Everybody,

The XD3T that is destined to be going into my Land Rover has an EGR
valve attached to the intake manifold. I know that there was an early
version of the XD2S that didn't have the EGR valve. I was wondering if
somebody out there might be able to tell me what years had did not have
the EGR valve. I want my truck to be as uncomplicated and reliable as
possible as well as not having encombering power robbing emissions crap
in its engine bay. Emmisions aren't as much a concern in B.C. because
testing is based on the age of the vehicle not on the age of whatever
engine is in it.
