I suspect the crash dummies over in Europe aren't required to be
cradling a cell phone between their shoulder and their ear, holding a
cup of Joe in their right hand and screaming out the window at the other
drivers with the appropriate left handed finger gesture... all while
crashing into the wall...
though, I would think that that would LOWER the success rate of tests
over here, not make them better...
