Well, after I posted my problems this morning, I went out to my wet car and tried the window. Low and behold it went up. My Pug has all kinds of electrical problems, and I will probably just have to accept this as one of them. I will look into replacing that switch though. Thanks all. I will remember to try beating the door too... :)
