I really doubt the switch is the problem. I had the same symptoms on my
previous Mi16 and ended up taking out the window motor and having it
rebuilt. Cost me $50 bucks and I had to finish reassembly because the guy
at the shop didn't want to play with it anymore (he had to fashion
brushes to fit). But it worked fine after the rebuild.
