The Saab APC is also pressure limited. It knows through a pressuresender

At WOT the LU goes open loop. So you floor it, it goes rich. Around12.1 or
12.2:1 is probably best, richer will yield slower throttle response.
If we are far from that, a rising rate fuel pressure regulator will be the
only way to go.
