How free to spin should this be? I know I haven't overtightened
the shaft, but even with just the turbine and shaft inserted, the
turbine wouldn't continue on it's own. Should it continue to spin
after I give the turbine a push? The turbo was like that before I
dismantled it, so I tought it was normal, but I'm wondering, as I
cant imagine a thing that stiff to spool to well over 100,000 rpm...
