Bypass/Dump valves

These things are used on Saabs and are called overrun cut-off valves by
Bosch. They are P/N:
0 280 142 001
0 280 142 102
0 280 142 103
They are about $22-30 jobber, $40-60 list. I'm not sure what the
differences are yet.
