Mine I got refurbished from turbo city for $45. Took 2 days
to get it.
> Parts required are:
> 1)oil inlet O-ring p/n 1166-13 $8
> 2)oil outlet O-ring p/n 0380-08 $10
> 3)exhaust manifold gasket p/n 0349-C0 $55
Why?? You can remove the actuator without removing
the turbo. I've been able to do that. Cut the head of the
two bolts, remove the actuator, slot the rest of the bolts,
remove them. You will be able to torque new bolts.
Because the way my tools are, I couldn't unbolt them,
that's why I cut them but I had clearance on bolting.

I have enough practice now on this darn thing, that I can
remove and put back the turbo and all around it in a few
hours. It helped a bit that I removed those #$&*(% allen
bolts by hex M8 bolts. The time is about the same for
both operations, but is less expensive. Another thing,
with the turbo repair kit, I got new seals and o-rings for
the oil lines (I didn't even had seals originally), I dont know
if the seals are required.
