Loosen all the clamps and/or bolts from the throttle bottle to the I/C
inlet:

- "link" at t/b
- alum elbox hold-down at valve cover
- two clamps on hose
- four bolts on I/C

Work off I/C etc slowly. The tearing is more likely at reinstall, use a
little grease on the o-rings and be sure they tuck in and don't get
pinched.
