Off Boost performance

like most modern FI engines, the N9Txx has tuned intake runners. It would
seem like any resonance or Helmholtz effect in that part of the intake
system is only in effect off-boost. If that is true, the tuned length of
the runners need not accommodate > 3000 RPM. Has anybody ever measured the
tuned length, valve to plenum?
